Sick notes

At Dr.Dropin, our doctors can issue both short and long-term sick notes following a consultation. If a doctor at Dr.Dropin intends to issue a sick note for an extended period, it will require a relationship and close follow-up with our doctors. A sick note is assessed by a doctor when there are medical reasons preventing you from being present at work. It is up to the GP issuing the sick note to always consider whether there are significant medical reasons for your absence from work, both in initial sick notes and in subsequent cases. We understand that sick notes can be an important part of your recovery process, which is why we do not charge extra for sick notes that are required as part of the consultation.
