Terms and conditions
Contract duration
All membership plans are subject to a 12-month minimum term and are subject to an annual price review.
Appointments
A holding fee may be required when booking appointments. This fee is refunded upon attendance or if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Any consultation or service not included in the membership plan must be paid for at the time of booking at the standard clinic rate.
Missed appointments
If a member books an appointment but fails to attend without providing at least 24 hours' notice, a fee of £25 will be charged for every 20 minutes missed. Future appointments cannot be booked until all outstanding fees, including missed appointment charges and other service fees, have been settled.
Membership plans
Dr. Dropin offers two membership tiers:
- GP-Only Membership: Includes access to GP consultations only.
- Comprehensive Membership: Includes GP consultations, dermatology services, and physiotherapy treatments.
Cancellation of membership
Members may cancel their membership within 14 days of the start date (the "Cooling-Off Period"). If cancelled within this period, any services, tests, or treatments used must be paid for in full at standard rates. After the Cooling-Off Period, memberships are binding for 12 months and can be cancelled thereafter with 3 months’ written notice.

- Definitions
- Member: A person subscribed to one of the Dr. Dropin membership plans.
- Membership Plan: The type of membership selected (GP-only or Comprehensive).
- Clinic: Dr. Dropin Fulham.
- Membership Conditions
- By signing up, members agree to pay the membership fees and adhere to these terms and conditions.
- Memberships are subject to a fair usage policy. The clinic reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if this policy is breached.
- Payments
- Membership fees must be paid by direct debit. The first payment is made on the start date, with subsequent payments taken monthly.
- Fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted with at least one month’s notice.
- Liability
- Dr. Dropin is not responsible for any personal property loss or damage on clinic premises.
- The clinic’s total liability will be limited to the membership fees paid.
- Data Protection
- Dr. Dropin stores member information in accordance with UK data protection laws.
- Membership Cancellation
- After the first year, memberships can be cancelled with 3 months’ written notice. If a membership is cancelled after receiving certain services (e.g., health screenings), the cost of those services may need to be paid at the clinic’s standard rates.
- Services Not Included
- Specialist consultations, vaccines, and certain tests are not covered by the membership unless otherwise stated.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any claims must be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
