Dr.Dropin is an affordable, accessible, independent healthcare provider. We were established in Norway in 2017 and now have 25 clinics in Norway, Sweden, and the UK.

Dr.Dropin offers digital and in-person GP and outpatient specialist services like dermatology.

You can book an appointment on our website to see one of our experienced GPs and dermatologists either through a video consultation or an appointment in our clinic. Our doctors provide personalised medical care, from prevention to procedures, and can provide prescriptions and referrals when needed.

When can Dr.Dropin be used?

Dr.Dropin can be used when you require non-emergency healthcare services. We offer convenient access to private GP and dermatology appointments, consultations, diagnostics, prescriptions, and referrals. Our services are available for a wide range of medical concerns and conditions.

What services does Dr.Dropin offer?

At present, Dr.Dropin offers GP and outpatient dermatology services, both in-person at our Fulham clinic and online. We also offer a holistic Health Assessment.

Our GPs have the capability to diagnose and treat a variety of medically appropriate conditions that fall within the scope of primary care. Moreover, individual practitioners possess the expertise to perform particular procedures based on their specialised training. If there is a request for a specific procedure to be conducted during an appointment, such as the insertion of an intrauterine device or minor surgery, please let us know in advance by contacting hello@drdropin.uk before the appointment.

What are the opening hours of Dr.Dropin?

Our clinic has extended opening hours to accommodate various schedules, bookable the same day or up to a month in advance.

How much does it cost?

We provide simple and transparent pricing for all our services.

  • Online GP Consultation is £59
  • In-person GP Consultation is £79
  • Health Assessment is £199, inclusive of blood tests
  • Digital Dermatology Consultation starts from £65
  • In-person Dermatology Consultation is £249 for initial Consultations and £199 for follow-up Consultations
  • In-person Mole Check by a Consultant Dermatology is £199

At Dr.Dropin, we have a dedicated team of qualified and experienced General Practitioners and dermatologists.


Our doctors are all GMC-registered and on the GP or Specialist Register. Our dermatologists are all Consultants and have extensive experience in both the public and private sector.

Our doctors are highly skilled in providing primary and outpatient healthcare services, and they are committed to delivering personalised care and attention to our patients.

How long is the waiting time at Dr.Dropin?

At Dr.Dropin, we strive to minimise waiting times and provide prompt care. Our goal is to offer appointments the same day or the day after to ensure that you receive the care you need without unnecessary delays.

Can I use Dr.Dropin if I’m an overseas visitor?

Yes, certainly! You will be asked to register and verify your ID using your passport or National ID.

Can I see a Dr.Dropin doctor when abroad?

Unfortunately, Dr.Dropin's services are limited to the UK. If you are abroad and require medical assistance, we recommend seeking care from a local healthcare provider in that country.

Is it suitable to seek care through Dr.Dropin for all medical problems?

Dr.Dropin is well-equipped to handle a wide range of non-emergency medical concerns and conditions. However, for certain complex or specialised issues, it may be more appropriate to seek care from a specialist or a dedicated healthcare facility. Our GPs can assess your situation and provide guidance on the most suitable course of action.

Are you a walk-in clinic?

No, you need to book an appointment before meeting with one of our doctors. We offer same-day doctors appointments with experienced doctors who can help you with the same things as your NHS GP. You can book your appointment online before you come to the clinic.

How long is a doctor's appointment at one of your clinics?

The duration of a GP appointment at Dr.Dropin is typically 15min. You are recommended to book 30min appointments if you have multiple or complex issues.

The duration of a Dermatology appointment at Dr.Dropin is typically 20min but surgical appointments are often longer.

Do you offer online doctor appointments?

Yes, we offer online doctor appointments, allowing patients to consult with healthcare providers remotely. You may book your video consultation through our website.

Please note that bookings for Digital Dermatology Services will be through the skindoc website.

Can I obtain medical advice through Dr.Dropin?

Yes, you can obtain medical advice through Dr.Dropin. Our experienced GPs are available to provide professional guidance and support regarding your medical concerns. Please note that the advice provided online or during consultations is based on the information you provide and may not replace an in-person examination.

Can I use Dr.Dropin in a medical emergency?

Dr.Dropin is not for medical emergencies. If you require immediate medical attention, please contact your local emergency services by dialling 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Dr.Dropin's services are designed for non-emergency medical needs and general healthcare consultations.

Can Dr.Dropin see my medical history?

Dr.Dropin is not able to see your medical history from your NHS GP or hospitals.

If you are a new patient, after you have registered with us and booked an appointment, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire that helps us to gather the information that is necessary to provide safe and high-quality healthcare services for you. The information gathered will be safely stored in our Electronic Health Record System, and you will be able to access through our Patient Portal.

All your subsequent consultations with Dr.Dropin will also be recorded and stored so that we are able to provide comprehensive healthcare services that are personalised for you.

Do you offer corporate healthcare?
