Other health documents

Your doctor will be able to complete a wide range of health documents on your behalf providing they have the correct information. These can include, immigration & visa medicals; work medicals; fitness to fly certificates; sporting medical certificates; HGV medicals and many more. Please note, that many forms may require additional tests to be carried out prior to signing including but not limited to, blood tests, ECG, X-rays. These will incur an additional charge.
